University of Nebraska at Lincoln UNL promotes agriculture related animal science education through its county extension offices and its 4-H program. Academy Science is a Nebraska 4-H Club of Excellence that participates in embryology and poultry science. Today’s clinic covers topics including animal husbandry, poultry judging, show preparation, nutrition, health and includes a poultry judging contest.
